3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans We offer weekly subscription plans for our services. Details of our subscription plans, including pricing, are available on our website.

3.2 Payment Payments for subscriptions are processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal and Wix's payment portal. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

3.3 Retainer A $500 retainer is required upon subscribing. This retainer is refundable and will be used to draw down on the first candidates' trial hours.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation You can cancel your weekly subscription at any time without penalty. There is no need to provide notice, and you have no obligation to continue the subscription if you change your mind. To cancel, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions.

4.2 Refunds

Subscription Fees: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid for the current week. However, you will not be charged for subsequent weeks following your cancellation.
Retainer: The $500 retainer is refundable. If you are not satisfied with the candidates we have selected, you may request a prorated refund of the retainer based on the unused trial hours. To request a refund, please contact us at [hellodigitalhand@gmail.com].

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the subscription process
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website and through our services are the property of Digital Hand or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any of these without the prior written consent of Digital Hand or the respective owners.
